Although there quite a few pairs of glasses in the world,a lot of people have problems finding out one which suit their tastes.
For those people we recommend designing an completely original one.
We already have made original glasses for a Sumo Wrestler who needed a big frame, for designers, and baseball players and many other people in general.

The process for making your original frame.

	Step 1. Deciding the design Have a meeting to decide the design of your original frame at the optician's shop. The shopping assistant will ask you about the specification. (Please tell us where you live, so that we can find a opticians' shop available near your house) * Compatible with 2D data,3D data and graphic softs like "illustrator"
	Step 2. Meeting between the optician's shop and our company A meeting between the optician's shop and our company will be held.
	Step 3. Design Confirmation We will make the CAD data of the optical frame and send it to the Optician's shop. Please check the design together with the shop assistant. If that is OK, we proceed to the next step. * No changes in design can be done after this step.
	Step 4. Frame Production After the confirmation of the design, we will select the most adequated material and way of production for your frame, and start the production.
	Step 5. Frame Completed. Insertion of the lenses at the opticians' shop We will send the finished frame to the optician's shop. Check it at the shop and select the lenses(UV protection,light protection, optical power) the way you want it.
	Step 6. Delivery Your original glasses are finished. You can take them at the opticians' shop.

Enterprise Optical Frames Modeling

In our factory we also do enterprise services.
We make prototypes and sample frames.
In order to produce new models and new designs, we need real frames based on design drawings.
It is hard to tell if a frame will be good or not until it is actually made.
Our company will support your company with a fast modeling.

We take 1 to 2weeks to make a sample based on the design drawing.
Please prepare the data and the frame for our reference.
2D,3D,CAD is compatible too.
Our designers can also develop the frame from the drawing, and also manufacture in our factory using the TPS system.
